Stainless Steel Pickling and Passivation Paste

Instructions for Use:
1. Stir the product evenly with a plastic or stainless steel rod.
2. Apply a coating with a thickness of 1-3 millimeters.
3. Ensure sufficient reaction time (approximately 0.5-12 hours). Time and temperature are proportional to the pickling effect.
Construction below 0°C should appropriately extend the time.
4. Use non-carbon steel tools such as stainless steel wire brushes or plastic brushes to remove loose residues from the surface.
5. Rinse the treated surface thoroughly with water.
6. If there is oil stain on the stainless steel surface, solvents such as acetone or degreaser can be used for removal.

Precautions:

1: The product is corrosive and volatile. Wear acid-resistant rubber gloves, protective goggles, anti-virus masks, and protective workwear during operation, and ensure good ventilation in the operating environment.

2: If it comes into contact with clothing, skin, or eyes, rinse immediately with plenty of water and seek medical attention as necessary.

3: Store the product in a sealed container in a cool, well-ventilated place.

4: This product is only suitable for industrial use. Waste liquid should be collected, treated to meet standards, and then discharged.
